 If Windows is running slow, you can speed it up by disabling some of its visual effects.
If Your PC is fast enough, you don't need to make a change.
These are 17 visual effects in window 10. You can choose which visual effects to turn on/off, one by one, or let the Windows choose for you.

STEPS:

1.Open File Explorer and Right click on This PC and select the Properties option.

2.In the System window, in the left panel, Click on Advanced system settings.

3.In the System Properties window select the Advanced tab, then Click on Settings.

4.In the Performance Options Window, You will see 3 options: Select any one of those.

Finally, click on Apply and then OK. Now You can access to Desktop and you'll see that Performance of your Window 10/8/7 is increased.
